A motorcycle for performing Tahajjud prayers for 40 days in a row, and a bicycle for performing obligatory prayers in Jamaat.
For praying five times with the congregation for 40 consecutive days, 3 people got bicycles as gifts, and 2 people got motorcycles for performing tahajjud.
These gifts were distributed in Gaibandha Ballamjhar Union. Mohsin Ali Sarkar, an expatriate from Ballamjhar Union, announced the award to attract the people of the area to prayers. Encouraged by his announcement, many people including children and teenagers of the area started praying.
Mohsin Ali Sarkar handed over the awards to 5 people who have performed regular congregational and tahajjud prayers for 40 days in a row.
Encouraged by his announcement, many children and teenagers in the area started praying. Such an initiative aimed at attracting people to prayers and leading them to mosques has been widely praised locally.
It is to be noted that the beautiful Jannatul Ferdous Jame Mosque shown in the film was established by Mohsin Ali Sarkar with his own funds.
